We treat children with autism providing therapy based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Our ABA therapy programs are intensive, personalized and include the family in a friendly and open environment! We work with children up to the age of 13 and specialize in Early Intervention (ages 5 and under).
Our journey working with children with autism began in 2003. In 2006 Bierman ABA was established with a simple focus on providing great therapy for children with autism and building a unique, awesome and friendly work culture. Not only do we love doing what we do, but also we have a lot of fun working with children! Its been truly gratifying to have been able to help so many children and to watch their progress with simple things like signs, speech and behavioral development in general. And as we’ve grown, we’ve kept a laser sharp focus on the principles our company was founded. This is our story.
We don't believe in nice sounding corporate style mission statements. Instead we use a set of three principles to guide everything we do. And we measure our success by the size of our impact.
Transform Lives of Children with Autism.
Our goal is to make an impact and solve real problems of those whom we work with. We realize that we have a limited window of opportunity to help each child make the maximum possible progress. We believe it’s our responsibility to push ourselves, to constantly evaluate every little thing we do, to challenge and disrupt conventional wisdom. That’s how ‘transformation’ happens as far as we know.
Be the best provider of treatment to children with autism
Build a Culture that stimulates, challanges and stretches our team.
We focus a lot on our team and our culture because that’s what defines us, and the work we do. We continue to build a team of individuals extremely passionate about what they do. We believe in keeping things fun and goofy… there’s no reason not to!
Our excellence is built around a great team of awesome individuals working in sync.
Stick by our Principles and do the right thing.
Every decision, big or small needs to adhere to our principles. Sometimes this is incredibly hard, or extremely expensive and requires us to make hard choices. But that’s ok, because it’s the right thing to do. And we go a long way to do the right thing.
Against odds and conventional wisdom, we do the right thing.
